My passion for working with silver began in Glastonbury in 1990, where I was lucky enough to spend time with a skilled jeweller who showed me the basics. From there I took private lessons in Brighton and then began to collect the tools for my own workshop.

I then continued my learning in  silvermithing at Cheltenham College and then  Malvern College for several years. To enhance my design skills I studied Art at  Evesham College.

My work shop spaces over the years have included a caravan, a garden shed, the corner of my bedroom and even a bus! Now I create my pieces in a tiny workshop under the stairs of my present home, a cottage in the Cotswolds.
